That covers one kit: the page titles, meta descriptions and answers your site needs, in one language, and a check of your site 45 days after delivery. No monthly fee, no hourly rate.

The 45-day check
we look at your site again and tell you, fix by fix, what's live.
One price, however many fixes your site needs. Before you pay anything, we scan your site and email you the number of fixes, by type and by language. That number is a minimum: we deliver at least that many, and it's good for 30 days. Sometimes we add fixes based on your questionnaire answers. They're labelled, and they don't change the price.

One year of maintenance

Offered after the 45-day check, never before.
Four quarterly updates, the first one the month after you sign up. Each update revises your fixes and adds a new one when it makes sense. It doesn't renew automatically. Cancel anytime: for each update not yet delivered, you get back a quarter of what you paid, taxes included, within 30 days of cancelling.
Included after delivery
- For 30 days, we fix any factual error on our part, free.
- Within those 30 days, we rewrite a fix once if the tone feels off, and once if you can't add it to your site.
- For 36 months, we fix any spelling or grammar mistake we introduced, free.
- A paid add-on that isn't delivered with your kit is refunded automatically within 30 days of delivery.
If we don't deliver
We confirm your delivery date within 2 business days of receiving your payment.
If your kit isn't delivered by that date, or within 30 days of payment at the latest, the order is cancelled automatically and you get a full refund within the following 30 days.
If it has fewer fixes than we told you, for any type or language, we let you know no later than delivery, and you can reject the kit within 30 days of our notice for a full refund.
You then stop using the delivered text.
What's not included
We never log in to your site, and we don't paste anything for you. Technical work (speed, code, hosting) is a job for a web developer. We don't write blog posts or run ads. If you'd rather have all of it done for you, Agence Noos, our sister agency, can help.
How SEO is usually priced
Agencies usually bill by the month or by the hour, because they do the work for you and keep at it. That's the right model for an ongoing campaign. When a small site's problem is the words Google reads, missing or repeated from page to page, one kit and one payment are often enough.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The kit is paid once. Maintenance is a separate one-year option, offered after your 45-day check, and it doesn't renew on its own.
What if my site doesn't need much?
We'll know before you pay, language by language. If we find nothing Pikiword can fix, we tell you, it ends there, and you pay nothing. If a language has only one or two issues, we tell you before you order it, and the choice is yours.
How will I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout, after the questionnaire. We never see your card details, and nothing is charged before then. Tax is added based on your province.
Who can buy?
Businesses based in Canada, including sole proprietors, buying for their business. We don't sell in Saskatchewan yet, or outside Canada.
Why isn't there a cheaper plan with fewer pages?
Because we'd have to guess your site's needs before seeing it. One price lets us scan first and tell you exactly what you'd get. That number is a minimum.
