Real estate SEO for agents and small teams. We write the words Google reads on your website. You paste them in.
Buyers and sellers look you up before they call: your name, your area, how you work. Pikiword writes the page titles, descriptions and answers they see, working from your own site and what you tell us about your business.

Pricing, staging and marketing your home in Victoria and Saanich, with a written plan before your listing goes live.
This page used to have the same title as another page, and it had no description.
What we often find
When we reviewed the websites of six agents and small teams across Canada in October 2026, at least two had pages with no description at all, and four had no FAQ. A kit writes a description for up to 25 pages that lack one, and answers to the questions sellers and buyers ask before they pick an agent.

Short answer
When is the best time to sell in Victoria? Spring usually brings the most buyers, but fewer listings compete with yours in the fall and winter. We look at your neighbourhood's recent sales with you before you pick a date.
Questions
- Should I renovate before I sell?
- Usually not. Fresh paint, small repairs and a good clean pay off more often than a new kitchen. We walk through your home with you and point out what's worth doing.
- How do you set the asking price?
- We start from recent sales of similar homes nearby and adjust for what makes yours different. You get the comparisons in writing, and the asking price is your decision.
- How long does it take to sell?
- It depends on the season, the price and the neighbourhood. When we prepare your plan, we tell you how long similar homes near yours took to sell recently.
What you get for $590
One kit, in one language, paid once: titles and descriptions for up to 25 pages where we find a problem, up to three short answers with their FAQ, and a service page when the scan shows you need one and your answers give us enough to write it. Every field comes with a copy button, and we check your site 45 days after delivery. You'll know how many fixes you're getting before you pay. See pricing
Your regulator's advertising rules still apply. We don't use superlatives or make claims your answers don't support, and you review every fix before you paste it in.

Questions from agents
My website is on a platform my brokerage provides. Will this work?
Yes, as long as you can change your page titles and descriptions. Many agent website platforms let you do that page by page, including the one we saw most often. We never need your login.
Can you write about the neighbourhoods I work in?
Yes, from what you tell us in the questionnaire: the areas you serve go into your titles, descriptions and answers. We never make up a sales figure you didn't give us.
If you'd rather have someone handle all of it, Agence Noos, our sister agency, can do that. (Their site is in French.)
